In just a few minutes, fine beaches, villages and the Venetian harbor of Chania are yours to enjoy. Mare Villas are 17km away from the city center, 6km from Chania airport. The Loutraki beach is at 200m away, through a path. The known Marathi beach, where several fine tavernas can be found, is at about 1,5km away from the property. Mini markets are at the village of Sternes, at 3km away and a bigger super market is found at 8km off the villas. For a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and night entertainment one has to drive to Chania town. Car hire is recommended.
Accommodation
The complex consists of 4 separate independent buildings, all with stunning sea views. There are two 3 bedrooms villas with private pools, that have a main house of 3 bedrooms, plus an attached studio with separate entrance, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The other two buildings consist of two interconnecting 3-bedroom floor apartments, that share a swimming pool. These apartments can either be rented separately in case of smaller parties of up to 6 persons or as a whole villa of 6 bedrooms, with private pool, for up to 12 persons.
The villas are refined and designed with an impeccable taste and an excellent standard of comfort, with verandahs and sitting out areas. Each unit offers a large open plan kitchen, with dining room and lounge with fireplace. Equipment includes oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironboard. All the bedrooms have en suite bathroom and verandahs. Amenities also include air-conditioning and TV in living rooms, CD player and telephone. The 6 bedrooms villas also offer Jacuzzis in master bedroom.
