Hellenic Dazzle Itinerary

Day 1 – Athens

Pack your bags, you are off to Greece!

Day 2 – Athens

Welcome to Athens! Upon arrival at Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, you will be greeted by your Hellenic Holidays transfer representative, who will drive you to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day exploring Athens. You might stroll the old neighborhoods of Plaka, which mingle old & new Athens or explore the vibrant neighborhoods of Monastiraki and Kolonaki.

Day 3 – Athens(B)

After breakfast, your day will begin with your private half day walking tour. Along with your English-speaking licensed guide, you will visit the Acropolis and the awesome temples of the Parthenon, the Erectheion and the Athena Nike. Your walk will continue to the Areopagus, or Hill of Mars. Finally, you pass the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, where you can still enjoy concerts and theatrical performances in the summer months. The tour will conclude with a visit to the Acropolis Museum exhibiting the glory of Ancient Athens.

Day 4 – Athens / Mykonos(B)

After breakfast, your Hellenic Holidays transfer representative, will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the airport / port for your short flight or ferry ride to Mykonos. Mykonos is renowned for its cosmopolitan character, spectacular beaches and intense nightlife. Enjoy the remainder of the day soaking in the Greek sun at one of the island’s spectacular beaches or by your hotel’s pool. Take a stroll through the whitewashed cobblestone paths visiting the local shops as well Mykonos’ most recognized landmark, the famous windmills. Consider dinner at one of our recommended restaurants, enjoy the Myconian vibe and a great meal.

Day 5 – Mykonos (B)

Your Day is at leisure. While in Mykonos, consider a quick sail over to one of the most important mythological and archaeological sites in Greece, the uninhabited island of Delos. These optional tours are available at the front desk of your hotel. According to legend, Leto gave birth to Artemis and Apollo here. Delos had a position as a holy sanctuary for a millennium before Greek Mythology made it the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. The remains of temples, holy places and settlements date back from the Neolithic to the Roman periods. While in Delos, a must see is the famous row of Lions and the Sanctuary of Apollo.

Day 6 – Mykonos

Enhance your senses by swimming, sunbathing and enjoying a range of water sports at some of Mykonos’ most spectacular sandy beaches. Melt your stresses away with a spa treatment at one of the island’s many great spas. You are now comfortably Myconian, so make your final visit in the main town of Chora for some last-minute purchases or experience another great evening in the Jewel of the Cyclades.

Day 7 – Mykonos / Tinos

After breakfast, your Hellenic Holidays transfer representative, will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the port of Mykonos for your short ferry to Naxos. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and driven to your hotel. Tinos was once a center of worship for the Poseidon, and is famous for the monastery of Panagia Megalohari. Tinos is also known for its sandy beaches and authentic Cycladic cuisine.

Day 8 – Tinos

After breakfast, consider a little exploration of the island’s quaint villages. Scattered on the mountains, the little whitewashed villages keep the tradition of the island alive. Make sure to visit Pyrgos, Kardiani, Volax and Tripotamos to wander around the beautiful squares, mix it up with the locals and taste the local delicacies. The soil in Tinos is rich in marble, and the island has been the birthplace of many sculptors and other artisans. If time allows, visit the Museum of Marble Crafts and the Museum of Tinian Artists.

Day 9 – Tinos

Your last day in Tinos. Today is a must see of the fantastic beaches. Mostly sandy with crystal-clear waters, Tinos’ coasts will be having you wanting for more. The beaches on the southern side are busier, neighboring with hotels and seaside places to eat and drink. On the northern side, the atmosphere is more serene and, as the waters are more easily affected by the winds, places like Kolymvithra have become popular.

Day 10 – Tinos / Naxos (B)

After breakfast, your Hellenic Holidays transfer representative, will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the port of Tinos for your short ferry to Naxos. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and driven to your hotel. Naxos is and always has been a crossroad, where archaeologists, historians and scholars of all kinds can meet, drawn by the importance of the culture which has flourished on the island down the centuries. Naxos is also known for its sandy beaches and spectacular cuisine.

Day 11 – Naxos

Entice your senses by swimming, sunbathing and enjoying a range of water sports at some of Naxos’ most beautiful beaches. Naxos has a beach for all activities and tastes. Visit Agios Georgios for windsurfing, Mikri Viglia for kite surfing or Agiassos for a quiet and relaxed beach atmosphere. In the afternoon, consider strolling into Portara, on the islet in front of the harbor which you spot as soon as you arrive in Naxos, as the huge marble gate captures your eye. Enjoy a meal in Chora or at a little seaside taverna where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset and an authentic meal.

Day 12 – Naxos

After breakfast, discover the Tastes of Traditions Tour as a culinary & cultural journey. Immerse yourself in the heart of Naxian culture with this unforgettable culinary experience. Your journey begins in the charming village of Kaloxylos, where you’ll visit a historic olive press dating back to 1880 and indulge in a tasting of premium local olive oils. Next, we venture deeper into the island’s mountain villages to meet a local shepherd, where you’ll gain insight into traditional cheesemaking and sample a variety of artisanal cheeses. From there, we’ll take a well-deserved lunch break at a cozy farm-to-table tavern in Koronos, where you’ll savor a spread of authentic local delicacies. To complete the experience, we’ll visit the legendary Kitron distillery in Halki, established in 1896, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of Naxos’ rare and vibrant Kitron liqueur—an exclusive treat found only on this island. Join us on this immersive journey through the flavors, traditions, and warm hospitality of Naxos!

Day 13 –Naxos (B)

Today is your last day in Naxos. Explore the beautiful villages of Apeiranthos and Halki and enjoy the local color of these villages. There you can even try the local drink, a liquor named Kitron with a greenish tint. There is the Temple of Demetra that should be visited. Enjoy a last swim after your day of village exploration and a meal from one of our restaurant recommendations.

Day 14 – Naxos / Athens / Home

Your Hellenic Holidays transfer representative will drive you to the airport for your short flight to Athens connecting to your flight home.
